Refund policy

Returns Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at hello@bluebellspinney.com to arrange your return and we will provide you with our return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) unless it is tracked by Royal Mail or equivalent.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected by the Bluebell Spinney team.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If deemed to be in good condition, we will accept your return and notify you of the approval of refund or otherwise.

Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be automatically processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10  working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bluebellspinney.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately when you receive it and inform us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at hello@bluebellspinney.com .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your new product for the same item, please send us an email with a photo showing the issue to hello@bluebellspinney.com. Please note we do not offer equivalent products, we only exchange items for the same product. Please be aware that if a product is out of stock we are able to offer a refund rather than an exchange.

Please note: Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Two codes cannot be used at the same time on any single order. A discount code that has been used cannot be reused on a second purchase even if the first order or any part of it has been returned and refunded. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, fresh flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
