Delivery

Current dispatch times are 3-5 working days.

Standard postage and packing costs for the mainland UK is a flat rate shipping fee for all products. These are sent via Royal Mail or various courier services dependant on the items contained within your order. Orders are sent on a tracked 48 hour delivery.

Large and Extra Large items will incur additional charges – these will be confirmed at the checkout.

We deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Royal Mail will deliver to anywhere in the UK that has a UK postcode. Please note that large items will incur a surcharge for Scottish highlands, Isle of Mann and Isle of Wight. 

Express Delivery
Express delivery options for UK orders are available to choose at the checkout.

Express UK tracked delivery is available for orders made Monday-Friday, before 10am, excluding UK public holidays. Please note: if you order on a (working) Friday before 10am, this means your delivery will not arrive until the following Monday. If you order after 10am, the order will arrive by the following Tuesday.

Delivery costs will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout.

We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday. 

Please ensure that you provide the correct house number / name and postcode for the shipping address that you have supplied. If this is incorrect the delivery may not be made by the courier. If a parcel is returned to us then you will incur the charge for the failed delivery and redelivery of your order. If you opt to be refunded following a failed delivery then you will not be refunded for the cost of the delivery. Bluebell Spinney cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrectly addressed orders.
